Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the YoloLabel AI API, dashboard, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

YoloLabel AI provides a cloud API for open-vocabulary object detection and automatic YOLO-format annotation. The Service includes an asynchronous job queue, a web dashboard, and related tooling.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must verify your email address before using API keys. Accounts are for individual or organisational use only — sharing accounts or API keys publicly is not permitted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

API keys are issued per account and must be kept confidential. Do not embed API keys in public repositories or client-side code.

You are liable for all API usage made with your keys. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from the dashboard and contact us.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process images containing child sexual abuse material or illegal content
• Build surveillance systems targeting individuals without their consent
• Intentionally circumvent usage limits or billing (e.g. by creating multiple free accounts)
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying models
• Resell raw API access without written permission

We may terminate access immediately for violations without refund.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Usage resets at the start of each billing period. Unused quota does not roll over.

Overages above your plan's image limit will result in API errors (HTTP 402) until the next billing period or a plan upgrade.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email.

The free tier (100 images/month) is provided as-is with no SLA. We may modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those images solely to provide the detection service.

The YoloLabel AI software, models, and documentation are our proprietary property. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF DETECTION RESULTS, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold YoloLabel AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which YoloLabel AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
